I Just loaded up my Newsboy caps on Etsy

I stopped at the Goodwill today and left with a pair of sunglasses marked made in Italy, upon looking them up i realized there is a market out there for the glasses that i bought, this kicked me to get some stuff listed so i grabbed a couple of things and had a "photoshoot." Anyways, these are all really cool caps but they just don't fit me well enough to justify keeping them. The first two are Harris Tweed Caps with ear flaps then a United hatters cap and lastly the coolest one a Totes plaid cap with ear flaps. Click the pictures to go to my store.

Next things i had were two sets of glasses from a local estate sale, you could call them a set of his and hers. The first pair were from him and they were some USA army issued diamond inlay in a size 5 1/2, and hers were a pair of Shuron cats eyes with an awesome pattern on them. And last those ski glasses that i initially talked about.

Bought Myself A Honda Civic

Well it is actually a Strombecker Civic and it's made in the USA, and it is also a toy. I bought this one at the Goodwill and thought i could save it from sure torture from an abusive child and put it up for sale to any First Generation Honda Civic owners who might be looking for one, this toy is really nice and doesn't look like it was ever played with (Someone didn't like imports.) Like i said it is made by Strombecker and it is from the 70s. I have not found many others out there in the world of merchants. The car has some awesome keystone looking Tootsietoy Trac-Masters on all 4 corners that stick out past the fenders like the trucks you see driving through East LA. This toy makes me want to own a first generation Honda Civic and in this case what is the true scale of this thing 1:4? Maybe, i mean First gen civics are small to begin with. Anyways check out the pictures and contact me if you are interested in it. Update, I just listed this one on Ebay hoping i can get more views there. Heres the link

Trip to The Lone Star Rod Roundup

Over this past week i have been traveling and headed off to Austin, Tx from here in Denver, Co on Tuesday the 29th of March with my end point set at The Lone Star Round Up which i had attended every one of when i Lived In Austin and could not miss this one. On the way out we stopped into a few thrift stores in small towns, my eye was open for vintage western wear, red line jeans, old silver buckles, snap shirts, etc. I was also looking for old screen stars or other vintage brand T-shirts. I found a few belt buckles and got them for a price i felt comfortable at, The belt buckle that i picked up in Pueblo, Colorado's Arc Store was the one that i wore everyday through my entire week in Austin. I did not find any redline jeans but did find a couple of cool snap shirts for my collection. I also bought about Ten shirts at the Round Up for cheap that are some great brands, While in Austin I searched the attic of our garage from, our house there to find the left over Vinyl records from my dads collection after his previous storage space was hit with water, after viewing the record that were saved i couldn't imagine what other great albums were harmed in the water logged storage space that they were in, but im glad that this one box made it. On the way back to Denver we took another route and at a certain point we saw an old time diner that looked as if it had been run into the ground, after taking a few pictures which i will put up in a few days here we talked to the owner who said that Warner studios built the diner in the town for a movie which i have already forgotten the name of. Well, i hope to check back in soon.
